Terms of Service & License Agreement — VECTOR Tycoon

By purchasing or using VECTOR Tycoon ("the Product"), you agree to these Terms.

1. License grant. You receive a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own personal or business use, subject to your tier:
- Founder Access — a license to the version available at time of purchase; does not include future updates.
- Lifetime Edition — the above, plus all future updates we release, for as long as the Product exists.

2. Activation. Each license includes a unique key and is limited to a maximum of three (3) machine activations. Keep your key confidential.

3. Restrictions. You may not: resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, lend, or transfer the Product or your license key; publish or share the Product files publicly; remove or circumvent any license check, watermark, or attribution; or exceed your activation limit.

4. Ownership. The Product is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with us. This is a closed-source product.

5. Revocation. We may suspend or revoke your license, without refund, for breach of these Terms, a chargeback, or fraud/unauthorized distribution.

6. No warranty. The Product is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Governing law. The laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
